Next, you’ll jump to Goa and discover the secrets behind Dal Tadka, a beloved vegan Indian staple at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal. Your penultimate stop will be Tuscany, where you’ll uncover the techniques of homemade pasta-making. Finally, your globetrotting adventure culminates in Thailand with a lesson on creating the irresistible dessert everyone adores: mango sticky rice.
