Glide through Australia’s landscapes aboard the iconic Ghan passenger train, travelling from Adelaide’s emerald fringes into the crimson infinity of the outback. This all-inclusive overnight expedition offers Karma explorers front-row seats to nature’s most dramatic transformation, all while reclining in the Ghan’s gorgeous carriages, enjoying fine dining and wine pairings along the way. ITINERARY
DAY 1:
- 12pm: Meet and board the notorious Ghan passenger train in Adelaide’s Parklands Terminal
- Lunch: Served onboard shortly after departure in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant
- Afternoon: Journey through the picturesque Clare Valley and Mid North, witnessing some of the oldest rock formations on the planet via Flinders range
- Dinner: Served onboard in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant
DAY 2:
- Sunrise in Marla: Opportunity to alight to watch a breathtakingly beautiful sunrise over the desert
- Breakfast: Served onboard in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant
- Lunch: Served onboard in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant
- 1:30pm: Alight in Alice Springs, our final destination
INCLUSIONS:
- 2 days / 1 night aboard The Ghan, travelling from Adelaide to Alice Springs
- All-inclusive, regionally-inspired menu with wine pairings
