Our fourth edition of the Karma Supper Club is shaped by the thinking of the founding father of modern Italian cooking, Gualtiero Marchesi – a master whose cuisine was never about decoration, but about meaning. Think less is more.
Hosted by Chef Maurizio Valentini at Karma Borgo di Colleoli, this evening draws inspiration from The Marchesi Code, translating its philosophy into a carefully composed dining experience.
Each course is designed to be felt as much as understood, inviting guests to close their eyes, taste freely and experience how simplicity, when handled with mastery, can still surprise. Come join us and let your senses do the work!
