At Karma Minoan, Chef Nektaria Grigoraki stirs soul into every dish. With seven years at the helm and roots steeped in Cretan tradition, she invites you to taste a story told in herbs, sea air and mountain light. Inspired by the sacred simplicity of Father Epiphanios’s “The Cuisine of the Holy Mountain Athos,” this Karma Supper Club is a heartfelt journey across Greece’s gardens and coastline. Over the course of five thoughtful dishes, from lemon scented fish soup to tender octopus stew and raki at sunset, this is food that remembers, honours and welcomes. Come hungry for flavour, stay for the feeling of home.
