The Karma Supper Club returns to Lake of Menteith, Scotland, with a menu shaped by one of the most influential culinary voices of our time.
Hosted by Chef Iain, The Kitchen Confidential Table brings Anthony Bourdain’s iconic philosophy to life through a bespoke six-course menu inspired by the New York Times bestselling cookbook – a love letter to food, craft and the culture behind it.
Expect honest flavours, thoughtful technique and a dining experience that celebrates the grit, humour and heart of life in the kitchen.
MENU
Humble cuts
Roasted bone marrow, parsley salad, grilled sourdough.
West coast oysters
Shallot, sherry vinegar.
Classic french
Beef fillet tartare, hen’s egg. Mustard, capers, cornichons
Foie gras au pruneaux
Pan-seared with prunes.
Chef’s larder
Roasted salmon, puy lentils, bisque.
Coffee and a cigarette
Smoked cream Panna cotta, coffee, bourbon caramel.
