- Welcome drinks and chance to connect
- Family-style dinner prepared by Chef Cissy Dalladay
DAY 2 FRIDAY 20 JUNE 2025
MORNING:
- Early morning mat pilates on the lawn in Le Preverger’s glorious grounds
- Breakfast
- Walk to the pretty local village of La Garde-Freinet
- Lunch at al fresco restaurant La Petite Fonatine
AFTERNOON:
- Free time at Le Preverger (optional massage treatments if desired)*
- Cooking lesson with chef Cissy Dalladay
- Dinner – enjoy the fruits of your labour!
DAY 3 SATURDAY 21 JUNE 2025
MORNING:
- Morning breathwork
- Breakfast
- Wine tasting at a prestigious local vineyard
AFTERNOON:
- Picnic lunch in the grounds of Le Preverger
- Free time
