Sweat. Soak. Sip. Join us in London for a perfectly balanced day of detox and retox, beginning with a deeply restorative thermal spa ritual at Banya No.1 in Hoxton.
At the heart of the experience is the Parenie Ritual – an age-old wellness ceremony performed in a traditional Russian sauna, where fragrant birch, oak and eucalyptus bundles are used to stimulate circulation, before an invigorating ice bath.
From heat to chill, it’s an immersive reset – followed, naturally, by a well-earned social refuel at a nearby gastropub. Come cleanse, connect and indulge with us.
ITINERARY
- 9:30 am – Arrive at Banya No.1 in Hoxton for traditional Parenie thermal treatment, including:
- Aroma steaming group ceremony
- Sound bath meditation with gongs and vibrations
- Ice bath ritual
- Approximately 4 hours at the spa
- Towels and slippers included
- 1:00 pm – Lunch and drinks at a nearby gastropub
- 4:00 pm – Event concludes
Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
