From a private chocolate-making session with maître chocolatier Cecilia Rabassi, to exploring medieval Peccioli and the time-honoured liqueur houses of Forcoli, this experience celebrates Tuscany’s passion, craftsmanship and irresistible flavours, one indulgent moment at a time.

- Welcome dinner with live music and guided wine tasting with our sommelier

- Chocolate tasting with maître chocolatier Cecilia Rabassi
- Lunch in Peccioli and a visit to the town
- Tour of Morelli liqueur with tastings in Forcoli
- Dinner back at the Borgo with Chef Maurizio and wine
