Step into the soulful side of Goa with a three-day escape that celebrates tradition, community and sheer, unfiltered joy in mud!
Your journey begins with a slow-cooked Saraswat dinner by Chef Aaral, before travelling the next day to the village of Marcel for Chikhal-Kalo – Goa’s cherished mud festival honouring Krishna’s playful childhood spirit, where locals gather in the fields for music, laughter and muddy, magical fun.
Enjoy a laid-back riverside picnic afterwards, unwind with friendly Goa games and finish the day with a superb seafood dinner.
Vibrant, earthy and full of heart, it’s the perfect way to experience Goa’s culture from the inside out.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 FRIDAY 10 JULY 2026
- Check in
- Dinner at Benaulim Brasserie by Chef Aaral (slow-cooked traditional Saraswat Goan fare)
DAY 2 SATURDAY 11 JULY 2026
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Depart for the village of Marcel on the banks of the River Mandovi
- Experience Chikhal-Kalo: a playful mud-bathing tradition honouring Lord Krishna
- 1:30 PM – Riverside picnic lunch
- 5:30 PM – Goa Games: Classic Goan fun in the Members’ Lounge
- 8:00 PM – Dinner at Benaulim Brasserie with Seafood Thali specials
