Explore the rich wine heritage of Languedoc during harvest season. Journey through Minervois, Corbieres and Fitou, savoring exquisite tastings at legendary vineyards and concluding at the charming Chateau de Caux with a gourmet dinner at Le Platane.

DAY 1 : MONDAY, 27 OCTOBER 2025
- Arrival & check-in – time to relax
DAY 2 : TUESDAY, 28 OCTOBER 2025
- Breakfast
- Minervois wine tasting at Chateau Pennautier
- Lunch by Chef Franck Debethune at Maison Logeril – (The Table of Château Pennautier) with wine pairings
- Corbieres wine tasting – Various vineyards within the region, the largest A.O.C in L’Aude
- Visit the A.O.C of Fitou with Madame Parmentier tasting.
DAY 3 : WEDNESDAY, 29 OCTOBER 2025
- Breakfast
- Limoux Sieur d’Arques Blanquette to taste the “original Champagne”
- Lunch at Gayda – Vineyard Domaine de Gayda set within the vines with views of the Pyrenees.
- Dinner at Karma bistro ‘Le Platane’
DAY 4 : THURSDAY, 30 OCTOBER 2025
- Breakfast and check-out
