- Morning: Basic surf lessons at Padang Padang
- Midday: Recovery brunch at local beach shack
- Afternoon: Wellness recovery at Karma Kandara with ice baths and sauna sessions
- Evening: Beachside BBQ dinner
DAY 2 : Sunday, 24 August 2025
- Morning: Surf session at Bingin Beach
- Lunch: Surf n Turf at Tiki Bar
- Afternoon Activities:
- Paddle boarding
- Canoe excursions with Arya Senior Life Guard
- Evening: Sunset drinks with Bintangs on the beach
