This guided sound-healing session, led by a certified practitioner, blends Tibetan bowls, resonant frequencies and gentle acoustics to help release stress, quieten the mind and reconnect you with your inner self.
Afterwards, unwind over a light, nourishing breakfast as you connect with other Members and ease into the day with renewed clarity.

We would love to have you join us and will send you a payment link to complete.
