ITINERARY
DAY 1 – MONDAY, 21 MAY 2024
Check-in.
DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 21 MAY 2024
8.30 am : Set off on a journey through Goa’s scenic heartland. Our first stop is the serene Sree Damodar Saunsthan in Zambaulim. We then take a step back in time to explore pre-historic caves and intriguing rock carvings. Let’s wrap up the day in the most authentic manner possible: a delightful Goan feast, lovingly prepared by a local family, set in a lush plantation.
DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, 22 MAY 2024
8.30 am : Head to Chandrapur, once the seat of the Kadamba Kings and today known as Chandor. Unravel the mysterious tale of a queen’s curse, born from betrayal. Today, Chandor whispers tales of its illustrious heritage through its elegant houses. We’ll engage with the current generation of one of the village’s most distinguished heritage homes, bridging the past with the present.
DAY 4 – THURSDAY, 23 MAY 2024
Allow us to introduce you to a different side of Margao – South Goa’s bustling urban heart. Explore an older side of this commercial town by walking though it’s picturesque streets lined with old Goan mansions. We will also introduce you to the Holy Spirit Church, one of the oldest churches in Goa. This 450+ year old structure is in the heart of Margao. It holds many secrets and is different from any other church you’ve seen.
DAY 5 – FRIDAY, 24 MAY 2024
