Embark on a winter wonderland adventure at Karma Bavaria for a little skiing and a lot of feasting. This curated experience introduces beginners to the exhilarating world en piste at the picturesque Tegernsee resort. Between slopes, indulge in gastronomic delights crafted by Chef Dario, from modern twists on German classics to authentic Bavarian feasts. Savour pastries from a 600-year-old bakery, help yourself to cheese fondue, and toast to your achievements en piste with local beers and wines. This perfect blend of outdoor adventure and culinary exploration promises to be an unforgettable Alpine getaway.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – TUESDAY, 21ST JANUARY 2025
- Guests Check-in
- Dinner: Experience a five course dinner with Chef Dario’s Modern Twist on German Cuisine
DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY, 22ND JANUARY 2025
- Warm-Up Breakfast
- Ski Day: Beginners’ ski lesson at Tegernsee, The best resort near Schierslee; 7 km from Karma Bavaria
- Dinner: on the way back stop into a traditional Bavarian restaurant for an authentic Bavarian meal paired with wines.
DAY 3 – THURSDAY, 23RD JANUARY 2025
- Coffee and specialty selected pastries from the local 600 year old bakery in Schliersee.
- Beginners ski and apres day
- Dinner: Return to Karma Bavaria Pub for cheese fondue and charcuterie, local beers, spirits, and wines
