Back by popular demand after two sold-out editions in 2026, this extraordinary Karma experience returns for another unforgettable journey into the heart of Cambodia.
Timed with the equinox, witness the rare moment when the rising sun’s rays align perfectly behind the iconic central tower of Angkor Wat – a breathtaking spectacle that has captivated visitors for generations.
Beyond this once-in-a-lifetime sunrise, discover the soul of Siem Reap through Cambodian cooking, cultural landmarks, the acclaimed Phare Cambodian Circus, plus a journey across Tonlé Sap Lake and unforgettable evenings of local flavours and hospitality at Karma Bayon.
A beautifully curated celebration of Cambodia’s ancient wonders, living traditions and one of the world’s most remarkable sunrises.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 SUNDAY 21 MARCH 2027
- 9:30 AM – Visit a local market to source fresh ingredients with the chef.
- 11:30 AM – Hands-on Cambodian cooking class with a local head chef.
- 1:00 PM – Enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared over lunch at Karma Bayon, accompanied by one complimentary drink.
- 2:30 PM – Explore Siem Reap’s cultural landmarks, including:
- Royal Residence Palace
- Royal Garden
- Preah Ang Chek & Preah Ang Chorm Shrine
- APOPO Hero Rats Centre
- 5:00 PM – Members’ cocktail party with drinks and canapés.
- 7:30 PM – Experience the spectacular Phare Cambodian Circus, showcasing contemporary Cambodian storytelling and performance.
DAY 2 MONDAY 22 MARCH 2027
- 5:00 AM – Depart for the Sacred Sunrise at Angkor Wat, witnessing the spring equinox as the sun rises in perfect alignment behind the temple’s iconic central tower.
- 8:45 AM – Return to Karma Bayon for breakfast.
- 10:30 AM – Visit the floating villages of Tonlé Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake, and discover life on the water.
- 1:00 PM – Enjoy a countryside lunch at a local Cambodian restaurant.
- 3:00 PM – Return to the resort. Time to relax or enjoy the facilities.
- 6:00 PM – Cambodian BBQ dinner by the pool with live acoustic entertainment.
DAY 3 TUESDAY 23 MARCH 2027
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast at Karma Bayon.
- 10:00 AM – Check out.
Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
