Before Italian cuisine became celebrated around the world, it lived around the family table.
To celebrate this, the Karma Supper Club series returns to Karma Borgo di Colleoli with an evening devoted to the foundations of Italian cooking.
Hosted by Chef Maurizio Valentini, this edition draws inspiration from The Silver Spoon – the landmark collection that helped define modern Italian culinary identity. First published in 1950, the book gathered 2,000 recipes drawn not from restaurants, but from Italian homes: dishes shaped by family, tradition and everyday life.
The result is a menu grounded in clarity, balance and timeless technique, where each dish reflects the philosophy that great Italian cooking is never about excess, but understanding. An evening of heritage, flavour and quiet sophistication awaits.

- Spaghetto al pomodoro (Spaghetti with tomato)
- Fegatini, lampone e pan brioche (Chicken liver, raspberry and brioche bread)

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
