Embark on a journey of discovery, as we explore Kerala’s ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu, blending training, cultural performances and culinary delights at Karma Munnar. An intimate exploration of this mystical tradition of martial arts and healing techniques that few visitors to Kerala ever get to experience.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 : Monday, 08 September 2025
- Check in at Karma Munnar and time to relax
- 06:00pm: Kalaripayattu documentary and practitioner talk
- 08:00pm: Chef’s Malabar-style dinner
DAY 2 : tuesday, 9 september 2025
- 10:00am: Visit ‘Kalari Kshetra’ for basic Kalari exercises.
- 12:30pm: Local restaurant lunch
- 4:00pm: Poolside tea and ‘Pazham-Pori’
- 5:30pm: Live Kathakali and Kalaripayattu performances
DAY 3 : wednesday, 10 september 2025
- 10:30am: Advanced Kalari training and ‘marma-chikitsa’ wellness insights
- 8:00pm: Chef’s special ‘Pollichattu’ & ‘Pothi’ dinner
DAY 4 : Thursday, 11 september 2025
