Fire-kissed flavours arrive at Karma Lake of Menteith, as Head Chef Joe Peden unveils his passion project – an authentic American BBQ feast served lakeside under Scottish skies. Inspired by Elliot Moss’s transformative “Book of Smoke,” Peden’s two-year journey with Karma culminates in this soulful celebration where slow-smoked treasures and Southern comforts unite.. This is cooking as pure storytelling – each bite revealing the journey that rekindled his culinary flame.
