From our private Hunter Valley sanctuary, traverse sun-drenched vineyards by e-bike, pausing for intimate tastings and an exquisite lunch amid the vines. Release your spirit in an entertaining wine smash room, then retreat to pure indulgence: a magnesium-enriched pool, therapeutic steam rooms and pristine spa facilities. An exclusive gathering where fine wines, gourmet experiences and lasting connections will flow!
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – friday, 4 april 2025
- 4pm: Check in at your own leisure, relax & enjoy resort facilities
- 7pm: Welcome BBQ
DAY 2 – saturday, 5 april 2025
- 8-10am: Breakfast available
- 9.30am: Meet onsite for E-Bike Tour- safety briefing
- 10am: Depart on E-Bike for 1st winery tasting
- 10.15am: Arrive at Tintilla Estate for wine, cheese & olive tasting
- 11.15am: Depart Tintilla on E-Bike for second winery tasting
- 11.30am: Arrive at Red Door Collective for second tasting
- 12.30pm: Depart Red Door Collective back to NU Leaf retreat on E-Bike
- 1pm: Transfers to Lunch destination, EREMO & welcome drinks
- 1.30pm: Seated for Lunch
- 3.30pm: Transfers to Suttons Estate
- 4pm: Axe Throwing
- 5pm: Transfers back to Nu leaf Retreat, afternoon to relax and enjoy resort facilities
- 7pm: Group Dinner
DAY 3 – sunday, 6 april 2025
- 8-10am: Breakfast available & morning to relax and enjoy resort facilities
- 11am: Check-out
