- Evening at leisure to settle in.
DAY 2 – Wednesday 7th May 2025
Traditional Palm Wine & Salt Making
- Begin with breakfast at Seaside Restaurant.
- Journey to Sidemen Village for palm wine plantation exploration:
- Experience traditional arak making.
- Sample fresh palm wine.
- Savour local snacks & coffee.
- Receive complimentary bottle of artisanal arak.
- Lunch overlooking stunning rice terraces.
- Visit traditional sea salt makers in Kusamba Village.
- Enjoy dinner at your leisure back at Candidasa.
DAY 3 – Thursday 8th May 2025
Culinary Heritage
- Breakfast at Seaside Restaurant.
- Morning market tour in Amlapura.
- Authentic cooking class at Paon Di Carik with Chef Dewa:
- Learn traditional bumbu spice mixing.
- Master classic Balinese dishes.
- Prepare traditional Jamu wellness drink with turmeric.
- Enjoy your creations for lunch in rice field bale.
- Afternoon Balinese massage at Karma Spa before dinner at your leisure.
