This rejuvenating weekend combines luxurious wellness with gourmet adventures. From private spa treatments and ancient Qigong practices to treetop walks through ancient forests and savoring the region’s finest wines, every moment is crafted for indulgence. The pinnacle: an exclusive wine-pairing dining experience by celebrated Chef Silas Masih.

FRIDAY 28 MARCH 2025
- 2PM – Arrival and check-in, optional spa treatments (additional costs apply)
- 7PM – Welcome sunset BBQ
SATURDAY 29 MARCH 2025
- 7-9AM – Breakfast
- 9:45AM – Valley of the Giants treetop adventure
- 11:30AM – Craft beer tasting & light lunch at Boston Brewery
- 2PM – Mount Barker walking wine tour
- 5PM – Return to Chimes for downtime and use of facilities
- 7:30PM – Chef Silas Masih’s private dining experience with regional wine pairings
SUNDAY 30 MARCH 2025
- 8-10AM – Breakfast
- 9AM – Qigong wellness session
- 11AM – Departure
