Discover the deeper side of Bali in this two day retreat of art, ritual and renewal.
Begin at Setia Darma, the House of Masks and Puppets, a hidden cultural gem celebrating centuries of craftsmanship and storytelling, followed by a traditional Balinese lunch and a hands-on mask painting workshop in the artisan village of Mas in Ubud.
Then, return to the resort for a traditional Melukat purification ceremony led by a local priest, followed by an afternoon of mindful wellness activities designed to restore balance and calm.
It’s an experience that blends culture and spirituality – a gentle awakening of body, mind and spirit.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – 09 February 2026
- Check-in at Karma Royal Sanur
DAY 2 – 10 February 2026
- 8:00 AM: Breakfast at your leisure
- 9:00 AM: Visit Setia Darma, House of Masks and Puppets
- 11:30 AM: Lunch at Bebek Teba Sari restaurant
- 2:30 PM: Mask painting class at Mas, Ubud
- 4:30 PM: Return to the resort
- 6:30 PM: Poolside BBQ dinner with live acoustic music and drinks
DAY 3 – 11 February 2026
- 9:00 AM: Breakfast at your leisure
- 10:30 AM: Melukat cleansing ritual with a local priest (Balinese attire provided)
- 11:30 AM: Sound healing and love meditations
- 1:00 PM: Healthy lunch at the resort
- 4:00 PM: Yoga class
- 6:30 PM: Balinese dinner with traditional dance and drinks
