Set against the dramatic cliffs of Karma Kandara, we invite guests to our second edition of the Karma Supper Club experience that evolves as the night unfolds. Hosted by Chef Stefan Thietz, the evening begins with relaxed cocktails and canapés at Sarang Lounge before transitioning to diMare for a thoughtfully crafted five-course dinner.

With the menu inspired by Ikoyi: A Journey through Bold Heat, this edition embraces flow over formality – encouraging our guests to mingle, settle in and come together around the table as flavours, energy and conversation naturally align.

  • King Trumpet Mushroom, black truffle, malt vinegar XO

First Course

  • Hokkaido Scallop
    citrus-chilli broth, confit turnip

Second Course

  • Crab Salad

Fish Course

Main Course

  • Wagyu Beef Striploin
    Suya spiced butter, carrot maafe sauce

Dessert

  • Mango Parfait
    African dika nut, mandarin cream, sorghum crumb
