Spend three unhurried days immersed in the heart of Tuscan life at Karma Borgo di Colleoli, where food, wine and local crafts shape every moment.
From guided wine tastings and olive picking to village strolls, pasta-making heritage and a hands-on cooking class, this experience is built around shared tables and the people behind the produce.
Expect regional flavours, meaningful encounters and evenings defined by conversation, music and exceptional Tuscan wines.

- Check in at Karma Borgo di Colleoli
- Welcome dinner with live music and guided wine tasting with our sommelier
DAY 2 TUESDAY 27 OCTOBER 2026
- Breakfast
- Olive picking and tasting for lunch at Verdoliva
- Visit to Castello di Lari and Pasta Martelli factory
- Dinner at Marianelli’s local butcher with wine
DAY 3 WEDNESDAY 28 OCTOBER 2026

- Check out and farewell Porcini lunch before departures
