This carefully curated cultural escape invites members to discover the stories behind Central Vietnam’s rich heritage, beginning with one of the country’s most beloved rituals – coffee. From traditional Vietnamese coffee to coconut and salt coffee, you’ll explore the techniques, flavours and history that have shaped Vietnam’s thriving coffee culture through a hands-on tasting experience.
The journey continues through the peaceful waterways of Coconut Village, where lush water coconut forests reveal a slower side of local life, before gathering around authentic regional cuisine, riverside dining and an evening of traditional performances celebrating Vietnamese culture.
A thoughtful blend of flavour, discovery and local traditions in one of Vietnam’s most captivating destinations.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 SATURDAY 30 JANUARY 2027
- Check in at Karma Song Hoai and settle in
- Welcome dinner featuring regional specialities prepared by Chef Tuan
DAY 2 SUNDAY 31 JANUARY 2027
- Breakfast at the resort
- 9:30 AM: Depart for a local coffee roastery
- Guided tour exploring Vietnamese coffee roasting and brewing traditions
- Hands-on workshop creating and tasting traditional Vietnamese coffee, coconut coffee and salt coffee
- Discover the history and cultural significance of coffee in Vietnam
- 11:00 AM: Continue to Coconut Village and explore Hoi An’s famous water coconut forest
- 1:30 PM: Riverside lunch featuring Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese crispy pancakes) and local specialities
- 2:30 PM: Return to the resort for leisure time
- 6:30 PM: Traditional Vietnamese BBQ dinner in the resort’s outdoor setting with live Dragon Dance and Vietnamese folk dance performances

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
