DAY 1 – SUNDAY, 22 SEPTEMBER 2024

Check in to Karma Royal Palms from Midday. Time to relax followed by a special welcome dinner with the group.

DAY 2 – MONDAY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2024

The Farmer
An integral part of any good curry is the Chilli! 🌶️ Join Chef Kundan on a day trip to the tribal village of Khola in the Western Ghat mountains in the southernmost part of Canacona in Goa. The village of Khola is famed for its indigenous chillies, which have a unique flavour coveted by chefs the world over.
Meet the local farmers, learn about harvesting techniques and bring back a load of chillies for Chef Kundan’s curry!

DAY 3 – TUESDAY, 24 SEPTEMBER 2024

The Shopkeeper
The finest ingredients are needed to make a really good and authentic curry!
Head up north with Chef Kundan to stroll through the Friday market at Mapusa – one of Goa’s oldest and most iconic markets. From Goan sausages to dried ‘Bombay duck’ and from bananas to kokum, the sellers at the Mapusa market have everything Chef Kundan needs!

DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2024

The Cook
A curry is only as good as its creator!
Chef Kundan is joined by Salvador and Emiliano – two gentlemen chefs who have been part of our culinary team for the last two decades, crafting authentic Goan dishes for our Members.
Together they will conjure a truly Goan Feast – presenting family recipes from their Catholic homes and also some Saraswat Hindu Goan cuisine.
