DAY 1 : monday, 8 December 2025
- Arrival & check in
- 7:00pm: Bonfire & Freddie Mercury Trivia Night
- Parsi-style dinner featuring Chicken Dhansak
DAY 2 : tuesday, 9 December 2025
- 10:30am: Visit St. Peter’s School in Panchgani (Freddie’s actual school!)
- Lunch and ice cream at local spots
- 04:00pm: Boating at Venna Lake
- 05:00pm: Snacks at 175-year-old Elsie’s Cafe.
DAY 3 : wednesday, 10 December 2025
- 11:00am: Table Tennis tournament
- 6:30pm: Queen Karaoke
- 7:30pm: BBQ Dinner and “Bohemian Rhapsody” movie night
DAY 4 : thursday, 11 December 2025
- Morning: Breakfast & Check-out
