With nearly three decades at Karma, Vic brings his passion for food and storytelling to this special Karma Supper Club event, crafting a menu inspired by chef Tim Siadatan’s celebrated North London institution.
Discover how a Jamie Oliver protégé transformed British-Italian cuisine, as Vic recreates signature dishes that blend rustic Italian tradition with contemporary London flair. This exclusive dining experience promises to transport you from Bali to a cosy corner of Highbury, complete with Vic’s personal anecdotes of pre- and post-match meals at this Arsenal-adjacent culinary gem.
