Join us for a deep dive into the history and culture of Carcassonne and the wider region as we explore some of its most significant sites. We’ll visit the jaw-dropping new Norman Foster designed Narbo Via Museum in Narbonne, walk the ancient Via Domita and Cryptoporticus in Beziers and visit the pretty settlement of Bram with it sequestered theatre Musee Eburomagus – and of course the citadel of Carcassonne itself – all while feasting on the finest fare that southern France has to offer.
