The Karma Supper Club returns to the Isles of Scilly with an evening dedicated to a study in seafood, shaped by one of modern cuisine’s most influential voices.

Inspired by Seafood by American chef and restaurateur Charlie Trotter, this edition focuses on his work that redefined how fish and shellfish should be approached in the kitchen. At its heart is a simple idea: let the ingredient lead.

Across a seven-course menu of local seafood, precision meets restraint, with dishes built to highlight natural flavour, texture and balance. Thoughtful accompaniments support rather than overshadow, creating a dining experience that is honest and faithful – a contemporary tribute that honours a lasting culinary philosophy.

  • Seared scallops with tropical fruit salsa and spiced pineapple sauce

  • All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
