For one night only, the Karma Supper Club Series enters the world of Samuel Beckett – where theatre, conversation and dining intertwine beneath the Tuscan hills.
Hosted at Karma Borgo di Colleoli in partnership with J.Productions, the evening begins with The Waiting Table – an intimate six-course supper curated by Head Chef Maurizio, with each course inspired by the themes, absurdist characters and quiet tension of Waiting for Godot, paired alongside regional wines.
As the evening unfolds, members will experience an exclusive private performance of Beckett’s iconic masterpiece, Waiting for Godot, before the production continues onward for its public Italian premiere at Volterra International Festival Teatro Romano – the first English-language production of the play in Italy in more than four decades.
Blending literature, theatre and immersive dining into one beautifully curated experience, this promises to be one of the summer’s most distinctive evenings in Tuscany.

- 6:00 PM: Six-course dinner with paired regional wines inspired by Waiting for Godot
- Act I – The Waiting
Warm bread, salted butter, and sardines in olive oil A simple beginning, almost motionless. - Estragon
Ash-baked potato, burnt onion, and sour cream Earth, hunger, memory. - Vladimir
Soft egg, crispy bread, and mushroom jus A thought endlessly returning to itself. - Silence
White risotto, fermented lemon, and bay leaf powder A dish seemingly empty, yet filled with tension. - Pozzo and Lucky
Braised beef, roots, dark sauce, and ancient mustard Weight, power, dependence. - Godot Never Arrives
Pear, milk cream, vanilla, and bread crumble A suspended dessert — delicate, unfinished. - Finale
A small savory-bitter madeleine served with a note: “Tomorrow, perhaps.”

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
