East Bali is where the island’s oldest traditions and most breathtaking landscapes come together.
This thoughtfully curated journey invites members beyond the familiar to discover the cultural heart of Karangasem. Explore the ancient Bali Aga village of Tenganan, where centuries-old customs continue to shape everyday life, and learn the unique art of creating a traditional Balinese calendar from woven pandanus leaves.
The experience continues through the elegant royal water gardens of Tirta Gangga, lunch overlooking emerald rice terraces and a visit to a local coffee plantation, offering a true taste of the region’s rich heritage and natural beauty.
A journey through the traditions, landscapes and timeless charm of one of Bali’s most captivating corners.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 TUESDAY 9 FEBRUARY 2027
- 2:00 PM – Check in with a welcome refreshment
- 6:30 PM – Welcome dinner at the Seaside Restaurant
DAY 2 WEDNESDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2027
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast at the resort
- 9:30 AM – Visit Tenganan Village, one of Bali’s oldest Bali Aga communities, and learn how to create a traditional Balinese calendar using pandanus leaves
- 11:00 AM – Explore Tirta Gangga, the historic water palace of the Karangasem Kingdom
- 1:00 PM – Lunch at Pule Café overlooking beautiful rice fields
- 2:30 PM – Visit a local coffee plantation for a tasting experience
- 5:00 PM – Return to the resort
- 6:30 PM – Communal dinner at the resort
DAY 3 THURSDAY 11 FEBRUARY 2027
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 10:00 AM – Check out

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
