In Jimbaran, the freshest flavours begin at sunrise.
Follow the journey from ocean to plate as local fishermen bring in the morning’s catch before exploring the vibrant traditional market alongside the people who call this coastal village home. Then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on seafood cooking experience with Chef Pande, transforming the day’s ingredients into an authentic Balinese feast.
The experience continues with the timeless traditions of Canang Sari and Ketupat-making, before an hour of poolside cocktails and an evening of authentic Balinese dining accompanied by live acoustic music.
A celebration of local life, coastal flavours and the traditions that make Jimbaran so unforgettable.

DAY 1 WEDNESDAY 3 MARCH 2027
- Check in at Karma Royal Jimbaran and welcome drink
- Welcome dinner with live acoustic entertainment
DAY 2 THURSDAY 4 MARCH 2027
- Breakfast at Garden Restaurant
- Visit Jimbaran’s traditional market to source ingredients and materials for the day’s cultural experiences
- Watch local fishermen return from the sea with their fresh catch
- Hands-on seafood cooking experience with Chef Pande
- Lunch at Garden Restaurant
- Traditional Canang Sari and Ketupat-making workshop
- One hour of free-flow cocktails by the pool
- Balinese dinner accompanied by live acoustic entertainment

- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
