Join us for a journey into the world of Paul John Single Malt, discovering the artistry behind one of India’s most celebrated whiskies alongside the flavours and traditions of Goa. From a whisky-themed challenge and exclusive distillery visit to riverside dining and a hands-on gastronomy masterclass, every moment reveals another side of this remarkable spirit.
Learn how whisky can transform both sweet and savoury creations with Chef Bhunia before finishing with an intimate pairing dinner where every course has been thoughtfully designed to complement each glass.

ITINERARY
DAY 1 FRIDAY 05 MARCH 2027
- Kick off the experience with a lively whisky-themed challenge at Attwood’s Pub. Test your knowledge of whisky, Goa and the art of distilling, with the chance to take home a bottle of Paul John Single Malt.
- Follow with dinner showcasing Chef’s signature kebabs and rich, aromatic curries.
DAY 2 SATURDAY 06 MARCH 2027
- Breakfast
- Go behind the scenes on an exclusive visit to the Paul John Distillery. Discover the craft, ingredients and traditions behind one of India’s finest single malts, followed by a guided tasting.
- Continue to a picturesque riverside setting for a relaxed lunch featuring local flavours
- Join Chef Bhunia for an interactive whisky gastronomy masterclass, exploring how whisky can transform both sweet and savoury flavours. Discover the techniques behind pairing, cooking and creating with whisky.
- End the day with an intimate four-course whisky pairing dinner.
DAY 3 SUNDAY 07 MARCH 2027
- Enjoy a relaxed final breakfast and some time to unwind before departure.

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
