Catch your dinner, share the story behind it and raise a glass to the spirit of Goa.
Begin your escape at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal with a traditional Goan dinner before setting out along the River Sal with local fishermen the next morning to experience a way of life shaped by the water. Learn the age-old secrets of fishing on Goa’s waterways, experience the traditions behind the catch and return with the day’s harvest ready for the table.
Back at the resort, watch Chef Kundan transform your catch into a special Goan-inspired feast, bringing together local spices, traditional flavours and a modern touch. Then journey the next day to Fazenda Cazulo to uncover the craft, history and flavours behind Feni, Goa’s iconic spirit, before ending the escape with a relaxed sundowner inspired by the tastes of the region.
A truly Goan four-day experience – where the catch becomes the feast, the spirit tells the story, and every moment is enjoyed with great company.
