Experience the raw passion of flamenco performed at its best and marvel at the spectacle of the dramatic Puente Nuevo in Ronda. This is a sensory pilgrimage into Andalusia’s sun-drenched rural heartland, where each wine sip and tapas taste tells a story centuries in the making.
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – MONDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2024
Check in and unwind, before enjoying a wine tasting and welcome barbecue at Karma La Herriza in the evening.
DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2024
Breakfast at the hotel, where we will get the chance to try the typical sweets of Gaucín, such as “tortas de aceite”, “roscos de vino”, and “pestiños”, which reflect the rich pastry tradition of the region. We then head up to Gaucin for a 90-minute hiking route through beautiful surroundings, before enjoying some well-earned paella and sangria in Gaucin. Once we return to Karma La Herriza, we will enjoy a wine tasting followed by a traditional Flamenco performance and dinner
DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2024
Enjoy another traditional breakfast, followed by a visit to the city of Ronda, exploring its iconic landmarks such as the Puente Nuevo and the Old Town. Indulge in traditional tapas at a local hidden gem, before returning to Karma La Herriza for an evening of live music and a delicious farewell feast.
