Few chefs have shaped the British culinary landscape quite like Richard Corrigan.
From Michelin stars and bestselling cookbooks to cooking for world leaders and royalty, Chef Corrigan has built a reputation as one of the most celebrated chefs of his generation. For this exclusive experience, members are invited behind the scenes at Corrigan’s Mayfair for a rare opportunity to learn directly from the master himself.
Watch as Richard prepares and demonstrates a selection of seasonal dishes, sharing techniques, stories and professional insights gathered over decades at the highest level of the culinary world. With opportunities to ask questions throughout, he’ll be sharing a few tricks of the trade, top tips and advice, fit for those comfortable behind the stove and newbies alike.
After the masterclass, raise a glass of champagne before settling in for a delicious three-course lunch, complete with Chef’s Table-style views into the kitchen where the magic continues.
This experience offers a fascinating glimpse into the thinking, creativity and craftsmanship behind Michelin-starred cooking and the perfect way to savour fine dining from both sides of the table.
ITINERARY
- 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Coffee and pastries in Dickie’s Bar
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Private cooking masterclass with Michelin-starred Chef Richard Corrigan, featuring live demonstrations and opportunities for questions throughout the session
(Theme to be confirmed closer to the event date – planned to be Beef Wellington at present) - 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Champagne reception in Dickie’s Bar
- 1:00 PM onwards: Three-course lunch at Corrigan’s Mayfair, with Chef’s Table-style views into the kitchen during service

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
