Discover the culinary richesse of France’s Languedoc region as we invite you on a gourmand’s tour hosted by Masterchef star Cecily Dalladay over a glorious long weekend at Karma Chateau de Samary. Discover legendary gourmet market Les Halles in historic Narbonne and sample cheese, charcuterie and more before visiting the Gruissan Salt Pans and their irresistible oyster and shrimp offerings before wrapping things up with the fine bouquets of the La Clape appellation on a vineyard tour and wine-tasting.


ITINERARY

DAY 1 – FRIDAY, 11 OCTOBER 2024

Check in from 2pm. Time to relax before gathering for aperitifs and a specially prepared welcome dinner featuring traditional regional dishes.

DAY 2 – SATURDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2024

Get ready for a day-long gastronomic tour par excellence! We begin our culinary journey at Les Halles in Narbonne – one of the finest food markets in the South of France. Explore the many stalls and enjoy cheese and charcuterie tastings before we head to the Gruissan salt pans – famous for oysters and shrimp served with aioli and freshly baked bread as well as their fascinating salt pans museum. Final stop is La Clape Appellation for a vineyard tour and wine tasting. Light dinner back at the Karma Chateau de Samary.

DAY 3 – SUNDAY, 13 OCTOBER 2024

Breakfast at the Chateau. Then we’ll head out for a special farewell beach lunch. Check-out at your leisure.
