Immerse in the spectacular natural habitats of the Alps as we embark on a foraging adventure amid the forests and mountains of Bavaria. Feast on foraged ingredients alongside traditional Bavarian brews and breads and learn the culinary secrets behind the best Bavarian dishes from your host Chef Dario.

DAY 1 – MONDAY, 15 JULY 2024

After a leisurely breakfast, Chef Dario will lead the group on a fascinating foraging adventure, as we gather the bounty of the forest, discovering a rich panoply of ingredients and learning how they are used in the kitchen. Having worked up an appetite, we’ll head to a magical 100 year old cabin, where a feast prepared from local produce awaits – including local prosciutto & hearty cheese sandwiches with raspberry compote sourced from the forest accompanied by German wines and local beers.

DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 16 JULY 2024

In the morning, we visit a historic bakery to pick up some traditional breads and pretzels and learn about the 500-year-old traditional baking process. Following this, we stop by a kindl brewery for some tastings, before heading for a traditional brotzeit lunch. Guests then have time to explore their surroundings or enjoy some downtime at the hotel. In the evening, Chef Dario leads a cooking class, followed by a communal dinner celebrating the fruits of everyone’s labour.
