Join us in the Bavarian Alps, heartland of Oktoberfest as we explore the history, traditions and of course potent brews of this longstanding German festival. Our experienced guides will take you deep into festival hub in Munich as well as leading a tasting tour of the famous Slyrs Whisky Distillery – plus the best culinary fare Bavaria has to offer!
Karma Bavaria, Schliersee, GermanyITINERARY
DAY 1 – TUESDAY, 24 SEPTEMBER 2024
- 4.00pm : Check-in. Time to relax and settle in.
- 7.00pm : Join us at Karmasee Restaurant for a sumptuous Bavarian dinner with German wine pairing.
DAY 2 – WEDNESDAY, 25 SEPTEMBER 2024
- 8.00am : Breakfast at your leisure.
- 9.30am : Transfer by train for a personal guided tour of the Oktoberfest area.
- Midday : we head to the famous Hacker-Schorr beer tent (Subject to Change), where steiners of refreshing local beer will be accompanied by half a roast chicken and a huge Brezel.
- 6.00pm : Head back to the hotel by local train.
- 8.00pm : ‘After Wiesn’ drinks at the bar.
DAY 3 – THURSDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2024
- 8.00am : Breakfast at your leisure.
- Noon : Transfer to the famous Slyrs Whisky Distillery for a guided tour and tasting.
- 2.00pm : Enjoy a late lunch before returning to Karma Bavaria. Time to relax in the afternoon with a swim or sauna.
- 7.00pm : Head to Karmasee Restaurant for a special Slyrs Whisky dinner.
DAY 4 – FRIDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2024
- 8.00am : Breakfast at your leisure.
- 12.00pm : Check-out.
