Join us at Karma Borgo di Colleoli in the heart of fabled Tuscany for a festive weekend celebrating the humble yet highly treasured truffle and the culture that surrounds it. These fantastic fungi are the centerpiece of a three day culinary and cultural extravaganza hosted by Chef Maurizio and featuring delicious Italian rural cuisine, an authentic truffle hunting experience and an exploration of the historic town of San Miniato in the heart of white truffle country… a truly unforgettable heritage weekend!
ITINERARY
DAY 1 – THURSDAY 12 DECEMBER 2024
Check in followed by a group welcome dinner and Karma Chianti wine tasting.
DAY 2 – FRIDAY 13 DECEMBER 2024
Authentic truffle hunt around the Borgo grounds, followed by a delicious truffle and porcini lunch at the Borgo di Colleoli restaurant. Time to relax followed by a cooking masterclass in the afternoon with chef Maurizio. We end the day with a delicious tasting dinner curated by Chef Maurizio.
DAY 3 – SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER 2024
After breakfast at Borgo di Colleoli, we head to the historic town of San Miniato to discover its history and sample its white truffle delights. We end the day with a legendary steak dinner at Marianelli’s butcher shop
